Practicum

My OJT started last December 5 in SofitelPhilippine Plaza, on my first day, i was assigned to hot kitchen, it is really difficult for me because It is my first time to have a job, i don't know who's who and where's where, it's a whirlwind start! and i think it's not so good start, a gallon of soup even spilled on my feet! but it's ok! the next day i feel a little comfortable than yesterday but i was surprised that Jordan was serious to exchange station with me, and there i was assigned to spiral, another NEW start, new people to meet, new work to do!
