Wasn't Able To VOTE!

its 8am in the morning when we got to the precint we are assigned to vote, but unfortunately the teachers were not yet there, they arrived at 9:30am but suppostedly 7am, but the worst there is the ballots and ballots boxes are not complete, they said an order was given that ballots and ballot boxes will be hold to municipal hall since there is a commotion there... STUPID EXCUSES! many people wasn't able to cast their vote, many votes are wasted!
